If you've ever sent an email to a user and received a truncated bounce message in return, you know how frustrating it can be. Fortunately, there is a way to recover the original message. The Stack Exchange network consists of 178 Q&A communities, including Stack Overflow, the largest and most trusted online community for developers to learn, share their knowledge, and build their careers. The reason why the message is truncated is because the server (in this case Yahoo's) doesn't see the point of returning the entire message in a return message.
When you send an email to a user, most of the time a Yahoo user, and Yahoo returns a bounce to your Gmail account, that bounce is most of the time truncated. You will find an approximate copy of the email that you should be able to access. For most people, scrolling to the bottom isn't a problem because they don't realize it's truncated until they get to the bottom anyway. If the address had existed, the message would not have been truncated and the recipient would receive it in its entirety.
